wedding readings bible
Any suggested readings?
I'm getting married in June and will have two readings. I had a book with all the commands suggested by the priest, but I was hoping for something slightly different. Although I love "is …" it seems it is played at every wedding. I lean toward the "water into wine" for my reading, because it suits my life (my own parents and live on a vineyard). But that's another standard play. Does anyone have any suggestions? It is a Catholic church / ceremony so it must be either the Bible (which they prefer) or approved by the church (which is not impossible, but it would take time). Thank you!
You do not have a Bible handy, but there are some really romantic packages (which are racy) passages in the Song of Songs. Do not choose those for beautiful breasts, though. See if they allow passages from the writings of Khalil Gibran – they are amazing and so beautiful!
