There are many religions in the world. Each religion has different symbols that contain a specific meaning in that religion. These symbols may take the form of works art, actions, events and natural phenomena. The religious symbols have a history dating back over 100,000 years. Studies of these symbols are either around the globe, or they may have specific limits depending on the type of religion.

Christianity has essentially three symbols. These symbols are Ichthys (fish), and Christian cross patriarchal cross. Ichthys is an ancient Greek word meaning fish. It means "Jesus Christ, the Son of God, Savior." Jesus compared the judgments of God on those who go to heaven and who goes to hell at the end of the world for cataloging fishermen of their catch, keeping fish top and throw the terrible fish in the ocean. The word "Omkar" is localized at the opening of many Hindu sacred books. The symbol of the lotus is a symbol stakes in the Asian community. It is a virtue and purity sexual. By God, religion Hindu goddess Vishnu and Lakshmi are regularly shown with pink lotus. Saraswati, the goddess is represented with white lotus. The word swastika came from Sanskrit. In Islam, there are basically four basic symbols. The names are Rub El Hizb, Star and Crescent, which is also called the symbol ottoman, name of Allah Kalima and / Shahadah. The Rub El Hizb is an Islamic symbol found on many flags and emblems. It was originally used in Quran. Rub El Hizb may be seen in current weapons of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. The Star symbol and the Crescent is widely used as a symbol of Islam in our days. Many Muslim countries like Pakistan, Turkey and Algeria use this symbol in their flag. The name of Allah is an Arabic word of God General. According to Muslim culture the correct name of God is Allah. Shahadah is the statement that Muslims believe in one God. It also shows that they accept their prophet Mohammad.

Thus, in this way, each religion has its own symbols and meaning. He has a strong sense of their respective religions. People use these symbols support connectivity with God.
