Any vegetarian Chinese there?
In fact, I'm looking Chinese who are vegetarians because they care about animals. I work in China and although I do not wave a flag saying I am a vegetarian and am actually tired of talking about it I am often asked why i am. Unfortunately, when I try to explain it is based on compassionate grounds (not because I dislike the taste or am Buddhist) who call in question seem not to understand at all so I need a vegetarian Chinese to advise me how I can get the message. Thank you!
I am 100% Chinese, and I'm vegetarian (not vegan though). I can not stand to eat animals, I do not know why, I just think most haha of them are too cute. And as a Chinese myself I can say it is very difficult to convince a Chinese person to believe in something that most do not. My parents think I'm crazy. but I do not know if you really want me to answer that 'cause I'm born and raised in Canada.
