What language is it?
I bought a picture with writing on it that I thought was Russian. This is not Russian. I think it a Bible verse: Psalms 104:31. Some of the letters I read are: Legyeraz Ur? Ak dicsoseg or KKE?. Several of them have special accents above letters. Someone recognizes the language?
it could Magyar spoken in Hungary? (some call it "Hungarian"), I am German I do not understand the language, but I have several friends in my magyar online social network, and I know how their language as LOOKS. Try one of these translators Online (free, free) and type the words with all the signs and try to translate. Once recognized as magyar you should be able to learn more. If it is not being magyar, try Slavic languages, they use a lot of accents in Latin letters and above. Slavic languages including Polish, slovakish, Slovenian, Czech, Ukrainian, SERBISH, sorbish (Sorbian?). The Russian is Slavic, but they do not use the Latin alphabet. They kyrilic write.
