What Plymouth believe?

Are they Christians? and why they wear the veil? PS This Q has failed in the category Cars, he will not let me put it in religion!

The only ones I know wear the veil are cyclists and some may be Christians and some may seem satan.Other that the Americans are not we all the Plymouth Brethren.
