Buddhist / Hindu or other lessons that speak against discrimination based on talent?

Are there specific lessons that say it's stupid people discriminate based on talent (to differentiate in the heart, not outside as in the offer jobs only to people of talent), very similar about a person who easily clears Microsoft / Google Interview cons as someone that is dumb and can not erase these interviews.
