In the Bible, the Lord God's command:
1) Do not eat all the fat of cattle, sheep and goats and killing whoever eats the fat.
2) He who eats the fat of the animal from which an offering by fire is offered to the Lord God, even the person who eats is shot and cut off from his people.
3) Do not eat the sin offering and the trespass offering: they belong to the priest who makes atonement with them.
On the other hand,
Eating the fat of the animal is not completely forbidden in the Koran, but it is permitted and recommended. The animal offered for example, a cow or a sheep is divided into thirds, one third should be given to the poor as a charity, the third is given to friends as a gift (s) and the last third is eaten by one who offered the animal. Of course, the more you give to the poor is the best in the eyes of Allah, but the least is the third.
None of the animals offered is given to a priest because there is no priesthood in the Qur'an and in Islam.
